Although, hopefully, our countries can meet the challenges that lie ahead of us, I think that it will be extremely difficult to change the personal attitudes and priorities within our societies with regard to such things as TV, materialism, neurosis, lack of personal responsibility etc. Anyway, your article is a good read.
