The route into the Old Mill Hotel at San Quintin was a long series of mud holes. The big van had gotten stuck trying to get the long support trailer through the last one. We stopped to help out just as they were successfull in getting the van unhooked and the Denali hooked up. Steve Widener, Jimmie Sones and Lon Alexander guide John Lee back to hook up the trailer. |

Lon adds weight to the rear wheels as John Lee prepares to pull out the trailer. The Denali was impressive, as the auto leveling rear suspension leveled out the rear, then it slowly pulled out the trailer with no drama, muss or fuss, even though it lacks a true low range for the transmission. |
